Cancellation and Refund Policy

We want you to know exactly where you stand before you pay. This policy explains our cancellation and refund position for a PrepPilot purchase.

All sales are final

Because PrepPilot is a digital product delivered immediately on purchase, once a payment is successfully completed it cannot be cancelled, and the order is not eligible for a refund.

What this means in practice

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Dissatisfaction with your test score or exam outcome
• Not using, or only partially using, the question bank once it is available
• Issues caused by your own device, browser, or internet connection
